Gone are the days when clubbing was everyone’s idea of fun. House parties are the new shiz where you can have a quality time with your friends without having to worry about anything or anybody. Here are five reasons why you’ll want to have a house party next time to get together with your friends:
1. “Dude that’s my jam!”
At a house party, you can own that dance floor when your jam comes on. Without worrying about hitting anyone or behaving yourself in public and not embarrassing you’re friends in front of strangers in front of people who are probably judging you by the way you dance, you can dance your heart out. You’re friends won’t make fun of you, in fact they will join you in all your moves and it’ll be way better than dancing carefully at a club.
2. This is Bill. Bill sucks. Don’t get me Bill.
You may have the time of your life at a club, consuming more and more alcohol, but all the fun vanishes once the bill is handed to you. Yes, I know, it is hard. This is exactly why The God Almighty blessed us with the concept of house party. It is pretty easy on the pocket and that is a reason enough to plan your next birthday party at your house. Some packet of chips, pizza from Pizza Hut and alcohol from a shop down the road is all you need.
3. “Abhi toh party shuru hui hai!”
The main problem with drinking at a club is going back home. You cannot drink and drive, and you can’t stay back at the club. Also, drinking at a club if expensive af. The more you drink, the more you worry about the bill getting higher and higher. Now at a house party, you can stay back at your friend’s place and party till 6 in the morning without having to worry about getting thrown out. It’s a lot cheap as well.
4. “Remember when…”
Clubs are all about loud music and drinks. It’s not an ideal place to have conversations with your friends. Especially when you’re meeting your squad after a long time, a little chit-chat here and there about how they’re doing is mandatory, which is not possible at a club. At a house party, you can have conversations with your friends talking about how weird you people used to be back in school/college and how times and changed, forever wishing how awesome it would be if you could turn back time. Sigh!
5. “Aye Chikni Chameli laga chal!”
House parties are way more fun than clubbing. You don’t have to pretend to be someone you’re not, or need to keep it together in front of strangers when you really want to shake your booty to saat samundar paar, you can do whatever it is that you want to.You don’t have to worry about anything and just have the time of your life with the amazing people you know, who you call friends.
