A little butter if you aren’t on a diet and mayonnaise to spread, also chutney or ketchup to combine with, and you don’t have to worry about food.

Wraps are easy to make and mouth-watering snacks that make really good snacks. All you need is boiled potato filling combined with some veggies. If you want to skip potato filling, you can combine the veggies with mayonnaise, spread and roll the tortilla. You can also use rotis instead of a tortilla. Grilling the veggies can also be done instead of using raw. And that’s a wrap!

Burgers are everyone’s favourite. You can pack them for work to go through your busy day. All you need to make this is potato, some veggies depending upon what you like and burger buns. Deep fry or bake the patty and place it on the buns. Throw in some veggies like tomato and onion, and cover it with another bun. Wrap this is a foil paper and you’re good to go.

Who doesn’t like noodles? Contrary to the popular belief, noodles are pretty easy to make and they are oh-so-yummy. For this, you need chopped onions, capsicum, beans, peas and tomato. Heat oil in the pan, add the veggies, add noodles and egg after cooking the veggies, toss the pan and your lunch is ready.

  1. Saucy paneer

Add oil to the pan and cook veggies till crispy. You can add as many veggies as you want, keeping a tomato sauce ready for a tangy flavour. Add paneer cubes and tomato sauce and garnish with coriander leaves. Saucy paneer is pretty easy to make and healthy as well. And paneer is something everyone likes. Your lunch is pretty sorted with saucy paneer.
