1. Koregaon Park
Located south of the Mula-Mutha River in Pune, Koregaon Park is one of the best areas located in the region. The area was primarily a residential area with lush greenery, but of late has been growing into a commercial marketplace.

The area is also close to three proposed Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) routes, namely Nashik Phata-Wakad, Aundh-Ravet and Kalewadi phata-Dehu Alandi road which makes it a center of attraction.
5. Kharadi
Located on the banks of Mula-Mutha river, Kharadi houses many software companies.
Situated close to the airport and other major areas like Koregaon Park and Kalyani Nagar, Kharadi has developed majorly over the last few years. It has many museums, temples, and parks which makes it a huge tourist attraction.
Being close to the biggies, Kharadi is a good option for residence as well. The place also boasts many restaurants and hotels which make it a place to look out for.
6. Hinjewadi
Also known as Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi was a completely rural locality until the construction of the IT park. Many software companies are located here which make it an ideal place.
Because of the immense developments that have taken place, Hinjewadi has turned into the hub of software companies giving rise to better employment facilities and increased modernization. Many attractions are also contained in this place.
Although it has taken a little longer to come on stage, Pune is one of the most promising cities of India. It has become a strong contender for the next Tech Hub of India.
