Priyanka Chopra is a global phenomenon who is not going to stop until she is the queen of the world. Ever since she debuted on the American television Alex Parrish on ABC’s Quantico, people have been loving her for the amazing person that she is. And if that wasn’t enough, she debuts in Hollywood as Victoria Leeds in the upcoming Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron starrer Baywatch. Being a megastar in Bollywood obviously wasn’t enough, and just like last year, Priyanka bags another PCA and we’re all so proud.
Just recently, PeeCee appeared on the Golden Globes red carpet looking like an absolute diva in golden, where she hung out with A list stars of Hollywood like the incredible Meryl Streep and the sexy Sofia Vergara. Watching her slay at an event that is the dream of every actor was so beautiful, and indeed she made us all proud.
And just when we thought that’s enough Priyanka for this month, she bags another People’s Choice Award in the Favourite Dramatic TV Actress category for her portrayal of Alex Parrish. Is there anything that can stop this incredibly talented woman? We think not.
As soon as her name was announced, she gushed like an eight year old hugging her manager and mother, and gracefully walking towards the stage. Her acceptance speech was a list of big thank yous to everyone who have been a part of this overwhelming journey of hers. We could see Dwayne Johnson applauding when PeeCee’s name was announced, which clearly means they’ve become good friends now. Who wouldn’t want to be Dwayne’s friend?
As much as we’re all proud of Priyanka’s success, we’ve got to hand it to her for handling everything like a total pro. Juggling her life between Mumbai and the USA, Priyanka makes it all seems so effortless.
